What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check-in between 12:00 – 20:00. Guests can check-out between 08:00 – 12:00.
Is there a cancelation fee or booking fee?
Camp Diana offers free cancelation and no booking fees, however, we ask that guests notify of schedule changes or cancelations 1 week in advance – if possible. We will never ask you to pay an advanced payment or cancelation fee thus please be aware of scams requesting any financial transactions on behalf of our campsite.
What accommodation types are accepted?
Camp Diana can accommodate Tents, Trailer tents, Campervans, Panel vans, Pick-up trucks with tents, Caravans, Folding Caravans, Motorhomes, Alcove motorhomes. We accept vehicle lengths of a maximum of 7.5 meters for Caravans, Motorhomes, and Alcove Motorhomes.
What Covid-19 measures has Camp Diana implemented?
To ensure a safe Pula camping adventure for everyone, guest safety comes first and has always been our top priority. Camp Diana received the ‘Stay Safe in Croatia‘ national safety label in 2021. The label means that we have adhered to and adopt the recommended epidemiological measures by the Croatian Public Health Institute and World Travel Tourism Council.
We are actively doing our part in the pandemic, therefore, we have added disinfectants throughout the campsite, provided more space between pitches, updated guests on travel regulations to enter Croatian territory, and we will disinfect public spaces even more frequently.
Are there campsite rules enforced at Camp Diana?
We aim for our guests to have a memorable camping Pula experience thus, we have a set of rules that apply at our campsite and are informed to guests during the welcome tour by Diana. You have the right to cancel your reservation or decide to not stay with us after being informed of our campsite rules.
We will also ask guests to leave if they are unruly or cause a disturbance to others or our Camp Diana colleagues.
Are dogs, cats, or household pets allowed at the campsite?
Unfortunately no, we do not allow any dogs, cats, or household pets at Camp Diana. Pets that stay inside guests’ campers are also not allowed. Our Camp Diana family are animal lovers, however, because we host many families with children, our no-pet rule is for safety and hygiene reasons.
Can guests invite outside friends or family members to spend time at Camp Diana?
We do not allow our guests to invite external guests who are not staying at Camp Diana to spend time or hang out at our campsite. This rule applies to guests’ family members and/or friends and is enforced for everyone’s safety and security. Camp Diana has the right to ask guests and/or their invited Parties to leave the campground.
Can guests barbecue or grill at the campsite?
No, we forbid using charcoal grills or BBQs, only portable gas cookers are permitted. Open fires, campfires, and live fires in open spaces like our campsite are illegal as per regional government law.
What electrical facilities are available for guests?
There 6 power distribution boxes on 3 plateaus (10-16 A, single-phase connection CEE7/3 and Euro 3P connector (blue)), CEE7/3 power sockets, and illumination at night. Use of electricity is included in the price.
Can guests rent a private refrigerator?
No, our campsite provides a chest/deep freezer that is available for all guests to use. In other words, our freezer is a shared facility for guests.
Are guests able to wash their laundry at the campsite?
Our campground features laundry and dishwashing basins thus, it is possible for guests to wash their laundry at no extra charge. We do not have washing machines or clothes dryers at the campsite. Additionally, you can discard the used water in the designated Chemical Toilet at our campsite.
What bathroom facilities are available for persons with disabilities?
Our sanitary facilities for persons with disabilities comprise of a toilet, shower, and wheelchair access ramp.
What activities are available for toddlers and young children?
Our campsite offers a Children’s Swimming Pool complete with an olive tree for some shade. There is also a Children’s Play Area comprising of a sandbox and slide. Guests are responsible for bringing their own safety equipment for children and the monitoring of their young ones.
How inclusive is Camp Diana?
We are an all-inclusive campsite in terms of our facilities and the guests we welcome. Our no-discrimination rule means we accept all guests including members of the LGBTQ+ community and persons with disabilities.
Are guests required to bring their own sports equipment?
We provide the basic equipment for ping-pong, basketball, and tennis, however, during the pandemic, it is advisable to bring your own.

Sehr schöner, kleiner und sauberer Campingplatz mit einem tollen Pool. Schattige Plätze. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich, konnten spontan bleiben. Kommen gern wieder. TOP!
Camp Diana is a beautiful camping with friendly owners. Good facilities. There is a nice swimming pool. The area is also very nice for cycling or walking. We were here for the 4th time. And again next year. There is now also a toilet for the disabled.
Très bel accueil de Diana, qui tient son camping avec bienveillance. Piscine rafraîchissante et vraiment spacieuse. De l’ombre. La mer à 10 mn à pied, petit supermarché pas loin… On est resté trois jours. Super et prix honnête pour la Croatie!
